Messages
When you send a message through the contact form, your name, email, optional phone number and message are delivered to us by Web3Forms, our form provider, and protected by hCaptcha against spam. We use them only to answer you.
Bookings and gift cards
When you book a class or buy a gift card on this website, we keep your name, email, phone number, the people attending, any note you add and what you booked, so we can run the class and reach you about it. We use these details only for your booking and never sell them.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Finix, our payment processor. Your card details go straight from your browser to Finix and never reach or stay with us; we only receive the result of the payment. Finix handles card data under its own privacy policy.
Emails
Booking confirmations, gift cards and refund notices are sent through Resend, our email provider, from classes@vablacksmithing.org.
